Dragonborn Angel (5e Subrace)
From D&D Wiki
Aasimar Subrace[edit]
Aasimar are champions of the gods. These aasimar took up the causes of the dragon gods like Bahamut. As such, they are not limited to having descended from humans and can also come about as a result of dragonborn. However, this new light still eliminates a good deal of their former selves and ascends them to an angelic being nonetheless.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Divine Breath. You can use your action to exhale destructive radiant energy to blow away your enemies. When you use your breath weapon, all creatures in a 15 foot cone must attempt a Constitution saving throw. The DC of this saving throw is 8 + your Charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 radiant damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increase to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th, and 5d6 at 16th level. After using your breath weapon, you cannot use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
Celestial Wings. Starting at 3rd level, you can use your action to unleash the divine energy within yourself, causing your eyes to glimmer and two luminous, incorporeal wings to sprout from your back. Your transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you end it as a bonus action. During it, you have a flying speed of 30 feet. Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
