ACTIONS

Dragon Flute. Dragon Piper exhales fire in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Dragon Capture Jar. Dragon Piper opens a dragon-shaped jar and targets one dragon it can see within 60 feet of it. If the target can see Dragon Piper, it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw against this magic or become restrained. The effect ends if Dragon Piper or the dragon is reduced to 0 hit points, Dragon Piper can no longer see the dragon, or the dragon can no longer see Dragon Piper.

Dragon Control Song. Dragon Piper commands a dragon restrained by the dragon capture jar to use its reaction to take one action of Dragon Piper's choice.

Dragon Piper is an odd purple pot crafted by a magician with a strong distaste for dragons of all kinds. This seemingly sentient pot used its control over dragons to destroy its creator and escape.
