Healify (Costs 2 Actions) Mundo regains 2d6 HP

Surge (Costs 3 Actions) Mundo heals an amount of HP equal to his Surge Meter, and his Surge Meter is emptied.

Bonesaw! Dr. Mundo makes a cleaver attack.

Tactics Dr. Mundo's tactics are different depending on how many people he is in combat with.

1 person: When in combat against a singular person, Mundo will attempt to restrain his enemy so he can perform a surgical practice upon them. Mundo will attempt to grapple his target, tie them to a flat surface with whatever he can find, and then perform cleaver attacks until his enemy is dead. He believes that this is surgery. If a patient is difficult to restrain, Mundo will resort to attempting to perform an "impromptu surgery". In this case, Mundo will attempt to inflict as much damage as possible to his target.

2 or more: When in combat with more than one person, Mundo will attempt to knock them all out before performing surgery, his specific strategy for this is focusing down one person with concentrated damage while constantly healing himself.

Lore Dr. Mundo, a self-proclaimed physician, used to be a patient in one of the most notorious mental asylums of Zaun. A series of experiments performed upon him by the asylum staff transformed him into the monster he is today. Now, he believes that by harming others, he is not actually harming them, but "curing" them. As any doctor should. One day, he was able to "cure" every single patient and staff member of the asylum. With the newly empty mental asylum, Dr. Mundo used the building to establish his own medical practice. Nowadays, he snatches people up from the streets of Zaun, bringing them back to his asylum in order to perform surgery upon them. Sadly, he is always horrifically awful at any surgery he attempts.
