Disposable Crystal Wand (5e Equipment)

Wand, rare A short wand made of pink crystal with white crystal near the tip. It holds 10 charges. When you cast a spell of 1st level or higher using this wand, you can spend 1 or more charges to increase the level of that spell by 1 for each charge expended. The maximum level the spell can be is the highest-level spell slot you have. You can also use your action to expend 1 charge and cast eldritch blast. You use your spellcasting ability for this spell if you have one. If you don't have a spellcasting ability, you can use either Intelligence or Charisma as your casting ability for this spell. The wand holds a distinct disadvantage to other wands as it does not, at any point, regain its charges, and once they are expended, it simply shatters into a small pile of crystal dust worth 25 gp. |
