The thrust of power rips the souls from the creatures in front of you. They drop to their knees as you see their souls fleet away to the beyond.

You dispel the soul or souls of the creatures who oppose you. If they fail a DC (11 + caster level) will save, their charisma score drops to 1. Each round afterwards, they must make the same will save with a compounding -1 penalty to continue the last action they were doing, or they stop in the pointlessness of it all.
