You are disorganized and clutter seems to follow you where ever you go.
Effect: It takes longer for you to draw or sheathe a weapon, or to store or retrieve an item stored on your person. These actions take a full-round action instead of a move action.
In addition, when you attempt to take an item that is stored on your person, you must make a DC 15 Intelligence Check, or grab another random item from your person instead.
