Discussion:Where Can I Find a Former 4e Race?
From D&D Wiki
Where Is This Old Race?[edit]
Hey guys,
Last year I was looking through the 4e races and found two races I particularly liked: the Homunculus, and something whose name I cannot find. Both are now gone, and since I did not use the latter, I would like to see if someone could get the race for me. Here's what I know: -it has a racial ability which allows them to act again in a round (which works really well with a high initiative)...possibly a daily -the race is very kind/friendly -if memory serves, they are shadowy in form and have glowing eyes -they have darkvision -pretty sure they are medium-sized creatures
I know I could essentially create this race myself, buy I really liked the layout of the race as it was (and I could not re-create it perfectly), and I think my DM would prefer to see it on the Wiki. Any help on the matter would be very much appreciated.

It should still be there. Have you "shown" the other templated race section? See also Talk:4e Races#Categories. If the layout is confusing you please respond to that discussion (your feedback is desired).

I see how it works now! I had tried clicking on some of the names, but it didn't work. I see now that I had to find the "edit" link to the right and click on it. Mayhap a simple and effective addition to the page would be making each title with the "edit" link part of that same link. Thus, if I clicked on the "Anthropomorphic" title under categorisations, it would produce the same effect as if I had clicked on "edit" all the way to the right. And to further enhance newbie's perceptions, making those words a link colour, e.g. blue, would send the message that they are intended to be clicked on.
Also, I indeed found my race - it's the Chronux. Thank you so much for your help!!!
