What is Lycanthropy?[edit]

I've heard about it but is it a racial thing, a spell, or something else? What does it do to your character? What are its bonuses or drawbacks? I can't seem to find anything about it on this site- and when I say Lycanthropy, I mean in regards to DND, I know it's definition.

Lycanthropy is a template, something that you apply to a character that already has a race or class. For example, you can't just have a werewolf druid; you need to have a werewolf gnome druid or a werewolf elf druid. It's odd that you can't find it on the site, I'll take a look right now.

Yes, it should be here.
