So I got to thinking about the clutter here

As we all know (I'm new and it's already obvious) there are alot of items/feats etc here that are either underpowered versions of existing items/feats, or are simply a mockery of an item ( http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Celestial_Bronze_Weapon_(5e_Equipment) ) so far it seems anything that isn't 100% perfect and ready to play with is sent straight to the "needs balancing" area and just sit there, along with over a thousand other needs balancing items. What I propose would allow us to sort and declutter the site immensely in a short amount of time. All we need to do is have a seperate template for incomplete/useless posts for things that already exist or are so vastly overpowered they serve no function. that would slash the amount of needs balancing posts by half or more, and would make it a much easier matter of "can we actually balance this to fit a game, or does this not need to exist at all?" and simply delete anything that isnt needed ( http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Acute_Warrior_(5e_Feat) )

This was partially brought on by my weapon creation ( http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Paired_Shamshir ) immediately getting lumped in with any other post that wasn't balanced, even though any arguments made to say the weapon isn't balanced aren't related to actual game balance. not to say said arguments aren't something that need to be addressed, but they shouldn't be put together with broken or useless posts, and could use their own template for tweaking.
