Does This Site Contain More 3.5e or 4e?[edit]

The content on this wiki, is it mostly 3.5 or is it mostly 4th edition?

Right now 3.5e material is dominant, however the 4e library is growing. Otherwise it mostly balanced

Well, according to the Main Page, there are 1,400 4e homebrew articles, 9,064 3.5e homebrew articles, 3,869 3.5e Open Game Content articles, 642 d20 Modern homebrew articles, and 241 d20 Modern SRD articles. So yeah, looks like the wiki has more 3.5e content. Numbers subject to change, of course.

Do you guys expect 3.5e to become extinct? Do you forsee this site always having a lively 3.5e presence or do you think 4e will overcome 3.5e?
Lord Dhazriel 17:45, 3 March 2009 (MST)[edit]
No, many active users are 3.5e editors. I think 3.5e shall still be an important aspect of the site.

As long as people still play 3.5e it will continue to be edited. Even if absolutely no one plays 3.5e anymore its content will still stay on D&D Wiki. What will probably end up happening on D&D Wiki is a section for each and every D&D edition will be made. I mean people still play AD&D, so a section for AD&D should be present.
