And some enterprising enemies decide you chop your heads/tentacles off. What happens when you morph back to human?

If your morphed form has more than one head, I say roll a percentile to determine if you were decapitated in actual form. As far as tentacles, use the same system (die roll) to see what appendage if any was removed.
