Hello great hive mind!! I have a player looking to invest in a property in a village/trade town, they wish to turn the land into a vineyard and produce wine/mead, how would one begin this undertaking? Thoughts please, thanks

Find rules on running a business and do that. Very vague and broad rules but a good base.
