Disciplined Body (5e Feat)

Disciplined Body
Prerequisites: Constitution 13 or higher, non-spellcasting class
You have vigorously trained your body beyond its limits. You gain the following benefits.
- Your Constitution score increases by 1.
- Your hit points increase by an amount equal to your level and by an additional 1 every level up.
- You gain 1 ki point, and may use Patient Defense, regenerating this ki point after a long rest.
