Determined Warrior (5e Feat)

Determined Warrior
Prerequisites: Constitution 13 or higher
You've traveled long and hard through thick and thin, your journey won't end here and that spark in your eyes proves it. For having such a resolve you gain the following benefits.
- You add your proficiency bonus on death saving throws.
- After being reduced to half of your hit points for the first time after a long rest, you enter a state of determination. You have the effects of heroism, not requiring concentration, and the spellcasting ability is your Constitution modifier. Once this feat is triggered, it can't be used again until you finish a long rest.
