Desmeca the Dark Lady[edit]
Desmeca the Dark Lady is a lesser deity in the Fortress Celestia setting, and a planar lord worshipped primarily by demons, driders, drow, and fey.
Dogma[edit]
Fear is as strong, love is weak. Destroy all that which is blasphemous, contrary to Desmeca, or weak. Seek beauty so that you may seduce other beings. Enjoy the pleasures of the flesh. No strategy that works is too devious or underhanded. Use time and magic as weapons against your enemies.
Clergy and Temples[edit]
Temples to Desmeca are found in throughout the planes, mainly hidden in underdark caverns and other out - of - the way places. Her clerics dress in revealing silk gowns and are known to kidnap other creatures for use in sacrifices and other rites.
Pantheon[edit]
Desmeca was created for the Fortress Celestia setting, as the "dark chick" of the pantheon, but DM's are welcome to "borrow" this deity or any elements of this description for their own purposes.
Roleplaying Notes[edit]
Desmeca takes many forms, but most often appears as a drow woman of exceptional beauty. A heatless, cunning being, Desmeca trusts no one and takes great pleasure in the suffering of others, particularly those who have betrayed or failed her, and those of her chosen people who worship other deities. She regards drow and other powerful, beautiful magical creatures as being worthy enough to be her slaves, and cares little for the affairs of 'inferior' beings. She has no love for the other evil aligned deities, but for now cooperation is in her interest.
