Through intentional starvation and macabre operations you gain skill bonus on accrobatic and stealth checks but you lose an healing surge.
Prerequisite: Vasharan (human subrace), 13 dex and
you must not have more than 13 con
Benefit: you gain +3 to accrobatic and stealth checks but you lose one healing surge.
