The Force Savant has learned to increase the pull of the Material Plane upon specific entities. By focusing on an object or entity the Savant can increase their apparent weight temporarily.
Even while concentrating on an instance of this Impulse that has already been cast, the Force Savant may continue to take move actions to create new instances of its effects. The Savant may have a number of instances active equal to her Charisma modifier. A Savant may accumulate any number of these instances on a single target, but the added weight may not exceed the base weight of the target; a Savant may at most double the weight of any single object or entity.
