The rumbling of feet behind me, in front of me, and all to my sides. These stupid goblins think im just any old Dwarf, well maybe I am, but this Axe isn't any old Axe. Let these rumblers rumble to their death!
Darken Axe of the Dwarf[edit]
This is a +5 Adamantine Goblinoid Bane Dwarven Waraxe that was said to be crafted by Moradin himself to combat the growing number of goblins and such in the land. The last known dwarf to wield it was a man named Dorim Goblinsplitter, and he was never see after he went out on campaign to rid the lands of all goblin kind. Most presume its still sits at the site where he's buried, at the entrance to his child hood home. This axe extends it's wielder's darkvision by 30 feet and grants the ability to use the Awesome Blow feat even if the wielder doesn't meet the prerequisites and they count as being two size categories larger than normal for the purposes of this feat. When wielded by a Dwarf, then they gain a +5 dodge bonus to Armor Class that stacks with their racial dodge bonus and a +10 bonus on ability checks made to resist being bull rushed or tripped when standing on the ground (but not when climbing, flying, riding, or otherwise not standing firmly on the ground).
