Description[edit]
A second-generation version of the Dragonfly, the Damselfly has the same general configuration but has been totally redesigned along its main body. The entire outer construction is metal rather than wood, and all exposed decks are covered. The ship's single heavy weapon is concealed beneath a sliding hatch behind the wings.
The Damselfly is popular for many reasons, its battle-readiness appealing to smugglers and others who anticipate a fight. The total enclosure of its decks also appeals to those who value their privacy, meaning anyone from a lich to a rakshasa to a mind flayer might appreciate the craft.
Ship Variants[edit]
Cargo: By removing the heavy weapon on the ship, the cargo space is increased by 4 tons, for a total of 9.
Super Heavy: The invention of the truly paranoid, this thickly armored variant of the Damselfly boasts 21 AC, though its max speed is reduced by 10 ft due to the bulk.
