Wand, very rare (requires attunement) a twisted rod of metal forged by Harlok, orc god of the forge Bulky Design. This wand has the Heavy and Two-handed properties. Marking Blast. Ranged Weapon Attack: + (proficiency modifier + intelligence modifier) to hit, range 60/90 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10 + intelligence modifier necrotic damage. Target has disadvantage on all attack rolls and saving throws and attack rolls against it have advantage until the end of its next turn. Marking Blast uses 1 charge. Cursed Arcannon has 5 charges, recovering 1 charge per 10 minutes. |
