if you disrespect nevand, God of hunger and food, you could be cursed with this ailment. 1d4 hours after being cursed, you feel your                                                                                                                                          
   lips seal shut,and throat close. you can still breathe somehow. your mouth cannot open, no matter how much you try.                                                                                                                                          
   you no longer need to eat or drink, as you are psyicaly  unable to eat or drink.

Curse can only be broken by casting wish
