Crystal Mortar (5e Feat)

Crystal Mortar
Prerequisites: The ability to cast at least one spell.
Fighting alone is never easy, and that's why you asked for help so now:
- If you cast a Spell that deals damage beyond 60 feet from you, a magical crystal falls from the sky and, upon hitting the ground, explodes with energy.
- All targets within 15 feet radius must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they take 2d10 lightning damage plus an additional 1d10 for every spell level above 3rd that was used. On a successful save, they take half this damage.
- This effect can only activate once per player turn.
