A crystal golem is a towering construct made from crystal, typically all from the same kind, but some crystal golems made from many kinds of crystal exist. During the creation of a crystal golem, the golem's body absorbs ambient psionic energy. This energy gives them superior intellect and minor spellcasting abilities.
A crystal golem uses its magic to create illusions to confound opponents, before striking with its heavy crystalline limbs, sinking into the earth or vanishing into mist if it ever needs to make a quick getaway.
