A mechanical crossbow created by dwarves.
- Armor Penetration
Attacks made with a clockwork crossbow ignore Armor Class bonuses granted by light armor, and natural Armor Class bonuses of +3 or less.
- Reloading
The clockwork crossbow fires bolts.
Reloading a clockwork crossbow is a full-round action and there is a 10% chance that it will jam whenever you fire it, requiring another full-round action to unjam.
You may reload a clockwork crossbow as a move action but doing so increases the jamming chance to 50%.
