Coercion
Prerequisites: None
As an action, you must spend 3 Soul Power and 6 Magicules to let out a mighty roar, intimidating your enemies. You force all creatures in either a 5ft circle, or a 20ft cone to make a Charisma saving throw. On failure, they are frightened for 1 minute. On success, they are not frightened. A creature affected by frightened may remake this saving throw at the end of each of its turns.
