Cobra Ki (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Cobra Ki
Prerequisites: Wisdom 13 or Higher
The difference between a medicine and poison is often times only the dosage. Your efforts at improving yourself in health have long since crossed over to poisoning you enemies with pain.
- Your ki point maximum increases by 1. If you have no levels in monk, your ki points will recharge whenever you complete a short or long rest.
- You may cast the cantrip Poison Spray. You may expend 1 ki point to give the target disadvantage on the Constitution saving throw.
- You may expend 1 ki point to cast the spell Bane. You may expend 1 additional ki point to give the targets disadvantage on the Charisma saving throws.
- You may expend 1 ki point to cast the spell Ray of Sickness. You may expend 1 additional ki point to give the target disadvantage on the Constitution saving throw.
- All spells use Wisdom as your spellcasting ability.
In addition, you may manifest your mastery over venom in more minor ways:
- While poisoned, you gain advantage on attack rolls and ability checks instead of disadvantage unless the condition is self-inflicted.
- Your critical hits poison their target until your next turn.
- Gain proficiency with the Poisoner's kit.
- When you kill a poisoned enemy, gain 1 temporary hit point.
