Chromaticism (Cantalthis Supplement)
Religion & Practices[edit]
Worship[edit]
Worship in Chromaticism is fairly integrated into daily life. There are seven holidays for the worship days of each color deity. People worship on the day of the week corresponding to their color. If they are not old enough, they worship on the sixth day of the week. To worship a specific deity, you must be wearing the color corresponding to them
Calling Colors[edit]
Every person receives a calling color when they turn sixteen. They can only receive a color corresponding with the main seven colors. People who are monochrome drafters are automatically given a calling color, their drafting color. For bichromes and higher, they have as many calling colors as they have colors they can draft. For non-drafters, they go to a temple and receive a soul reading from a priest, drinking a slurry of herbs, animal products, and luxin. The priest then gives the person their calling color. Calling colors determine the deity you worship, the day you worship, and even your field of profession.
