Among the smallest of the Archetiposaurs, the chienash (Ailourosaurus ("cat lizard") chienash ("cat drake")) is one of the few dinosaurs in Kaimere to be domesticated and is among the most popular pet dinosaurs in the Known World. Although they still eat grains making cats preferred for the task, a strong nest guarding instinct has made the cat drake a persistent and aggressive mouser, which was attracted to the mountain Telmede. Their popularity as pets comes from their intelligence, playfulness, and inclination to bond with any animals they live with, aided by the fact they aren't as aggressive as other thescelosaurs and have an instinct to excrete outside their living space making house training fairly easy. Though they can't mimic speech, they can mimic a range of tones and tones should an entertainer feel inclined to train one. Their basal coat is reminiscent of tabby, but domesticates also come in piebald, white, black, brown, gold, and red.
