Teleports caster to a random "safe" place within 250 feet. For the purposes of this spell, safe only means not inside another object and not in mid air.
Because 250 feet in any direction corresponds to a 100x100 grid in standard 5 ft spaces. Therefore, 2d% will allow you to determine destination. Alternatively, the DM can just decide where to put you.
