Your Body begins to glow as you heal a teammate from a near-death condition
Encounter  Healing
Standard Action	Close burst 5
Target: Allies in burst with 0 or fewer hit points.
Effect: Target may spend a healing surge, and gains a +2 bonus to AC until the end of your next turn.
