Celestial Archer (5e Subclass)

Ranger Subclass
The legend says that the first Celestial Archer was a vedaan who managed to shoot the bow with such precision that he knocked a star from the sky. Be the myths exaggerated or not, the order of Celestial Archers is in fact known for their great deeds while wielding weapons known as Garuda, a longbow with magical properties, that only initiated in the order are able to use.

When you take the Attack action, you can forgo one attack and spend a spell slot, causing one creature within your longbow short range to regain hit points equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum 1) plus 1d8 per level of the spell slot spent.
- Improved Surefire Arrow

At 15th level, the range of your ranged attacks with a bow is no longer limited, and you can hit any target you are able to see, regardless of distance. Cover are obscurement still affect the attacks, but you ignore disadvantage for making attacks beyond the short range of your bow.
