What is the purpose of this category? An improvised weapon, by SRD rules, can be anything, and simply uses the stats of a most similar weapon at a -4 attack penalty. Since it can be anything, that would mean this category should include every piece of equipment on the wiki...impractical, so why have it? --Daniel Draco 05:59, 16 April 2009 (MDT)
- True. I suppose it's mostly for looking up a specific improvised weapon, esp. which may not fit into the general rules of "treat as club of X size" and the like. Something particularly odd or unique which makes it more than a generic bludgeoning/slashing/piercing device.
