- Duration Equal to your Charisma Bonus
- When Spoken Normally
- Your target's spells are cast one spell slot higher.
Your utterance creates an intangible lens that improves a caster's potency and aptitude with magic.
- When Spoken In Reverse
- Target spellcaster can no longer cast spells at their highest available spell slot. If the spell starts on their highest available spell slot, they cannot cast it.
Your utterance impedes the flow of magical energy through your enemy, inhibiting their ability to cast spells.
