Have all proper passport and travel papers in an easily accessible spot, as you'll be asked to present them at every outpost you past. The roads have an outpost every other mile.

The State of Carallion is the most martial state of the peaceful world.

Carallion

Though no open warfare has taken place in memory, the small state has always had a milita on hand. All male residents are required to go through boot camp and serve in the Carallion Corp for a set number of years depending on their race (races that are immortal or long-living see much longer terms). Merchants travelling between Quaristan and Carallion, selling armor and weapons made by the former, have set up some civilian cities in the State.

Major Settlements & Regions

Military Forts

Forts Galtor (de facto capital), Juxtor, and Earlmark are the major bases of operation for the service.

Civilian Settlements

The largest civilian town is Juxsville, which exists off of Fort Juxtor and where most of it's residents work.

Culture of Carallion

National Celebrities

The military leader, War Lord Kell (he has been in the service for so long no one remembers his first name, and he never tells it), leads from Fort Galtor, the military central city and de facto capital.

National Sport

Though they didn't want to, much political pressure from other states forced the small state to join the Ghiknifal for National Pride purposes, and as such, the Carallion Cavaliers were born. With an entirely military roster, the team has proved to be a dominant force in the league.
