This black ring houses a gem which casts an orange glow, both faint and dire. The ring has 3 charges and regains 1 expended charge daily at dawn. While wearing this ring, you can use an action to make the following attack.
Red Eye Telekinesis (expends 1 charge). Ranged Spell Attack: +15 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one Large or smaller creature. Hit: The creature becomes vulnerable to all damage types until the end of its next turn, and it is restrained. At the start of each of its turns, the creature can make a DC 20 Strength saving throw. On a success, it is no longer restrained.
Curse. While you wear this ring, you are vulnerable to all damage types.
