Brilliant Heart
Prerequisites: Charisma 17 or higher, Veil of Light, and must be a Fairy, 2nd Variant (light)
You have truly reached an insurmountable understanding of the world's light, and have become aware of how to wield it to your liking. You gain the following benefits:
- Your Charisma score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- As an action on your turn, you may fire a mote of condensed light. Make a ranged spell attack against a creature within 60 feet of you, using your Charisma for the attack roll. On a hit, the target takes 1d6 + your Charisma modifier radiant damage, and must make a Constitution saving throw against a DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier. On a failed save, the target is blinded until the start of your next turn. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier, after which you must finish a long rest before you can use it again.
