When Spoken Normally

You grant your target an advantage on saving throws against magical effects or supernatural abilities that last longer than 1 round.

With a word, magical breath passes from your mouth to another creature afflicted with harmful magic, granting them another chance to resist.

When Spoken In Reverse

Target creature becomes nauseated and must make a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns. If the target rolls a natural 1, they are incapacitated by vomiting until the next successful save. After three successful saves, nausea ends.

This gurgling word sounds like burbling sewage, evoking a feeling of illness in your target.
