Bracers Of Mercy: According to legend the first bracers of this type where created by an angel sick of mortals cheating in spell duels. They were made to transform all damaging magic of a user to nonlethal damage. First ones created had no off switch and were cursed, as it is still the case with ones provided in dueling arenas.
Bracers Of Mercy are two bracers of fine quality mithral and each one of them has a ruby that shines depending on the current function. If left is shining user deals nonlethal damage and if right shines the damage is normal. User of bracers can activate and deactivate them mentally as a free action.
