Boon of Dragon Form (5e Epic Boon)

Draconic form[edit]
Prerequisite: Must have draconic blood coursing through them.
You gain the ability to transform into a draconic form. You take on the physical size and appearance of a dragon of your choice who's cr is equal too or less than your level, you also gain the fly speed, breath weapon, claw, bite, and tail attack of the dragon as well as any immunities it has.
