Description[edit]
Bob is insane... but in a fun, (mostly) harmless way. He appears as halfling-sized court jester with his hair dyed bright blue.
Dogma[edit]
Bob dislikes that all halflings are just assumed to be thieves, and instructs his clerics to help advance the idea that halflings CAN be good for other things. Especially wild parties. He prefers that his clerics do something wild to alter their appearance (dyed hair, tattoos, or face paint preferred). Prayer is conducted in the form of a wild, intoxicated dance anytime after sunset or before sunrise.
Clergy and Temples[edit]
His temples can best described as gaudy party houses where order is frowned upon, but no ill-will is tolerated.
