Tiefling Variant[edit]

Unlike most tieflings, rather than having an ancestor who made a deal with an infernal, this tiefling has an ancestor who was blessed by the Greek god Pan. As a side effect of this, your physical form has also been altered. Rather than the red skin of the tieflings, you have a thin layer of nigh invisible fur covering their body. Instead of goats horns, these tieflings have antlers. and instead of the classic devil's tail, these tieflings have the tail of a deer or moose. These tieflings, despite their easier to conceal nature, mostly prefer to live out in the woods with races such as Firbolgs, due to their innate understanding of animals.

This race variant replaces the Ability Score Increase, Infernal Legacy, and Hellish Resistance traits.

New Traits

Blessed by Pan You know the druidcraft cantrip. When you reach 3rd level, you can cast cause fear as a 2nd-level spell once. When you reach 5th level, you can cast summon beast once. Once you use either spell via this trait, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest. Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for these spells.

Ability Score Increase Your Wisdom score increases by 2 and your Strength score increases by 1.

Woodland Resistance You have resistance to poison damage.

Emissary of Nature You have the ability to understand the emotions of beasts and plants. This ability is twofold, allowing the beasts and plants to sense your emotions. All animals can sense your emotions if they are within 100 feet of you.
