Wondrous Item (Earring), Legendary (requires attunement by a neutral character)

Blanche is an ornately crafted earring. Although it's name means 'white', it is a black obsidian earring adorned with chains. Once worn, the wearer starts exuding a seductive scent of roses and lilies.

Ceaseless Blossoms You can now imbibe the world with the magic of flowers and butterflies. You can cast the plant growth spell at will without expending any spell slots or components a number of times equal to your spellcasting modifier. You regain all uses after a long rest. When you cast this spell, you create a garden of wisteria trees instead of simply overgrowing the plants within range.

Master of Nature You can cast the wrath of nature spell at will without expending any spell slots or or components equal to half your spellcasting modifier rounded down. You regain all uses after a long rest.

Astral Manifestation Blanche can manifest in the material plane at will as an astral body. While in this form, she has all the stats and actions of a commoner save for her mental stats. She can cause her astral body to become invisible although this is ineffective against creatures with a wisdom score of 20 and above. She has incorporeal movement. She knows the druidcraft and primal savagery cantrips.

Primal Mystic You may use your entire turn (action, movement action, and bonus action) to chant an incantation that only Blanche knows and take 10d4 psychic damage. When you do, choose a space within 20 feet of you. At the start of your next turn, Blanche's Spirit appears in that space. She can be easily described as a 5'8", ethereal-looking, human woman with wild silver hair. She acts on your initiative, and you control her turn. Her AC is 16, she is a 20th level Circle of Stars Druid with 100 hit points, and her ability scores are as follows. Str: 10 (+0), Dex: 20 (+5), Con: 10 (+0), Int 15 (+3), Wis: 28 (+9), Cha: 20 (+5). She uses a staff to attack (+9 to hit, 2d6+4 psychic damage). Blanche's Spirit is able to use the Unceasing Blossoms and Master of Nature abilities. She also has Ethereal Sight and Incorporeal Movement (see Ghost Stats for more information), as well as resistance to non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. She has 4 first-level spell slots, 3 second-, third-, fourth-level and fifth-level spell slots, 2 sixth- and seventh-level spell slots, and 1 eighth- and ninth-level spell slot. Blanche stays for 1d20+10 minutes or until she is killed, at which point she retreats back into the earring. After she does, you cannot use this feature again for 1d3 days, and Blanche will not speak for the next 1d20+10 hours, during which time, you cannot benefit from any of this item's features.

(8th-Level) Reality Break

(9th-Level) Power Word: Heal Blanche has the Boon of Spell Mastery and can cast Magic Missile at will without expending any spell slots or components.
Sentience. Blanche is a sentient true neutral magical earring with the following ability scores: Intelligence-13(+2), Wisdom-26(+8), Charisma-20(+5). She has darkvision with a range of 60 feet and can telepathically speak to the wearer and other creatures within a 60 feet range.
Personality. Blanche is a quite and peace loving woman. However, when triggered, often through destruction of nature or desecration of the environment, she is known to show an extremely violent side. She is quite friendly with her bearer and will often times advise them on all-natural healthy food recipes and herbal medicines. She likes to converse in general and will actively engage in conversation with someone she finds interesting. She is extremely respectful of nature and loves the flora and fauna around her with a passion. After getting to know her better, she might reveal her identity as the protector and guardian of the La Rouge et la Noire forest. There, she was a highly respected figure and a dear friend to Queen Titania. The two would often engage in wondrous rituals and ancient arts to satiate their curiosity. One day, while executing an experiment on the transference of natural essence through the energy of the constellations, the forest was attacked by Khaos Khrund, the dark guild of the aberrant soul sorcerers. Immediately after the attack, Blanche left the ritual site and arrived to defend the forest. Following an arduos struggle, the sorcerers were defeated. However, Blanche was inflicted with fatal injuries during the battle. After three days of excruciating pain, Blanche, the guardian of the Le Rouge et Le Noir forest, took her final breath. In remembrance of her valiant sacrifice and service to the great forces of nature, the Nature Deities along with Queen Titania pieced together Blanche's scattered soul and infused it in one of Titania's mystic earrings, the Primal Mystic. Now free from all the restrictions in the world, Blanche roams the world's forests as an astral manifestation, searching for interesting individuals and broadening her horizons.
