Blink Strike. When the swordmaster makes two successful katana attacks on the same creature, they can use the blink spell as a bonus action.

Shapechanger. The swordmaster can use its action to polymorph into a flying sword, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Antimagic Susceptibility. The swordmaster reverts to their true form while in the area of an antimagic field. If targeted by dispel magic, the swordmaster must succeed on a Constitution saving throw against the caster's spell save DC or revert to their true form.

Innate Spellcasting. The swordmaster's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 15). The swordmaster can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

2/day each: poison mist
1/day: dimension slash

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The swordmaster makes two attacks with its Katana.

Katana. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage.

REACTIONS

Parry. The swordmaster adds 4 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it. To do so, the swordmaster must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon.

Agile Combatant. The swordmaster takes the Dash or Disengage action.

As a clan of ruthless mercenaries, the Black Dragon became even more dangerous when they learned of the existence of Outworld and the other realms. This unfortunate event caused the Black Dragon to greatly expand their influence, becoming a threat not only to Earthrealm, but to the other realms as well.

Swordmaster. Swordmaster's are among the many mercenaries working within the Black Dragon Criminal Syndicate, with individuals such as Tasia rising through the ranks all the way up to becoming the personal apprentice of Kano himself, solely based of her skill with the blade and her ironlike determination.

Outworld Magic. Upon the discovery of Outworld, several members of the Black Dragon sought out the secrets behind Outworld magic, using it to enhance their abilities like never before. In this regard, the swordmaster Tasia unlocked the ability to transform herself into a deadly blade.

Dimension Slash. Amongst the most powerful techniques Tasia learned through her exploration of Outworld sorcery is the ability for to reach through the very fabric of reality itself to unleash a devastating blow upon her opponnents.
