Binding Dart: Binding Darts find a use among those who regularly fight enemies with teleportation abilities. A Binding Dart is like a masterwork Dart, but has one special effect: upon successfully striking a target, the Binding Dart affects the target with a dimensional anchor spell, bypassing spell resistance. The effect only triggers once per day.
