Bestial Ki

Prerequisites: Wisdom 13 or higher
Working on cultivating you inner power has found you getting in touch with your inner beast. Now you can better interact with the fauna of the world as you seek to tame the wild within you.

  • Your ki point maximum increases by 1. If you have no levels in monk, your ki points will recharge whenever you complete a short or long rest.
  • You may cast the cantrip Primal Savagery. You may expend 1 ki point to gain advantage on the melee spell attack roll.
  • You may expend 1 ki point to cast the spell Animal Friendship. You may expend 1 additional ki point to give the beast disadvantage on the Wisdom saving throw.
  • You may expend 1 ki point to cast the spell Speak with Animals. You may expend 1 additional ki point to extend the spell’s duration to 30 minutes.

In addition, you may manifest your mastery over the divine in more minor ways:

  • Gain proficiency with Animal Handling. If you are already proficient in the skill, you add double your proficiency bonus to checks you make with it.
  • Gain advantage on Insight and Perception checks concerning friendly beasts.
  • You can eat raw meat without getting sick as long as it’s fresh.
