Prerequisites: Proficiency with Shields
Anyone that doesn’t consider their shield a weapon is severely lacking in imagination and flexibility.
- Increase your Strength by 1, to maximum of 20.
- You now consider shields as simple melee weapons with Light. They deal 1d4 Bludgeoning damage and may be thrown with a range of 20/40.
- When wielding a one-handed weapon and shield, you are considered Two-Weapon Fighting.
- You may have shields silvered.
- If you score a melee critical hit with a shield, the target is stunned until your next turn.
- If you score a ranged critical hit with a thrown shield, the shield bounces back to you.
