From D&D Wiki
Base Cunning
Prerequisites: Intelligence score of 12 or lower
You may not be terribly bright, but you partially compensate by having the instincts to avoid doing or saying things which would put yourself in life-threatening danger. You gain the following benefit:
- You are considered proficient in the relevant skill whenever you make a Intelligence or Charisma ability check where the consequences of failing would be immediately dangerous for your physical health. You may add double your proficiency bonus to the check, instead of your normal proficiency bonus.
