From D&D Wiki
Barbed Tongue
Prerequisites: Ability to cast silvery barbs
While one of the signature spells of Strixhaven’s Silverquill collage, few of either its students or alumni ever seek to discover the true potential of silvery barbs.
-When you cast silvery barbs using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can increase the number of creatures that gain advantage on their next attack roll, ability check, or saving throw) within 1 minute by 1 for each spell slot level above 1st. You must be able to see all creatures that gain this advantage within the range of the spell and can target yourself.
-silvery barbs now deals psychic damage equal to your spellcasting modifier + the level of the spell slot used to cast the spell to the creature you distract (minimum of 1). Any creature silvery barbs gives advantage to gains an equal number of temporary hit points. You can choose not to deal the psychic damage when you cast this spell.
-When the result of silvery barbs’s d20 reroll is 20, the spell slot used to cast it is not expended.
-When you cast silvery barbs to distract a creature making an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw with advantage, they must use the lowest d20 roll amongst both their reroll and their previous rolls.
-When you cast silvery barbs to distract a creature making an attack roll, ability check, or saving throw with disadvantage, they must reroll both of their previous d20 rolls and use the lower roll among the rerolls.
