PC Back Stories and Backgrounds Examples[edit]

Core Backgrounds[edit]

  • Ranger of The Frontier - Protector of Settlers. Spy for the Kingdoms. Scouts may be be rangers, druids, or rogues in this campaign. The common terrain in this campaign include city and forest.
  • Druid of the Wald - feywald expert
  • Artificer of Automatons - A gnome or half-gnome apprentice of Eli Whitney.
  • Wizard of Research - the magic of Appalachia is wonky and full of secrets.
  • Under-cover elf - the game has an ear-transformation cantrip that lasts 10 minutes.
  • Fey-touched - any spell caster. You have fewer spells, but do not need to prepare spells. Each spell has a particular assigned class.
