Uma Villages signature BackTank is a design created by the villages very own Jim Fischer. The BackTank is a design by Jim as a way to transport aquatic life, but really he designed it as a backpack to hold his pet shallow wave stalker when he goes around on land. "My little Tim can walk on his own, but he is very slow, so I created the BackTank to mitigate that problem." Said Jim, when asked why he created the BackTank. Eventually, the design became relatively popular, and has become a fun little trinket to have as a portable aquarium.
